Abstract:	The article is devoted to the history of the creation of the Aleksandrovsky Park in the area adjacent to the dacha of Count A.F.Lanzheron.The stages of development of the territory occupied bu the modern Aleksandrovsky Park from the end of the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century are analyzed.
