Abstract:	The report presents the provisions of the new edition of the National Norms of Ukraine DBN V.1.1-12:2013 “Construction in seismic regions of Ukraine”, which takes into account the recent achievements of the seismic stability theory for buildings and facilities designing of regions with seismic intensities from 6 to 10 points according to DSTU B V.1.1-28 with allowance for the requirements of the National Standard DSTU-N B V.1.2-16:2013 and recommendations of the European Standard EN 1998-1:2004 “Design of the structures for earthquake resistance”.
